NeuroLibra Biotechnology Corporation (NLB) offers a 30 day money back guarantee (less a $50 restocking fee) of purchase price if the device is returned in original condition and postmark is within 30 days of customer receipt of original purchase. Please make sure a delivery confirmation service is used if returning a device back to NLB. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. If the device is damaged, no refund will be processed. It typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to process a refund after we receive the returned device. If you do not receive your money back within six weeks please contact NLB at customerservice@somniresonance.com

Returning your Device

If you have spoken to a NLB representative and have been advised to send the device back for repair or replacement, please do the following:
Package the device carefully (with bubble wrap or crumpled newspaper) and mail it to:

We strongly recommend you use delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost packages.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the device back. We will cover the cost of repair or replacement as well as standard ground shipping of the repaired or replaced product back to you. Please include a note with your package stating what is wrong with the device.
